Welcome to DormMunch. By accessing our website or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Service

All orders are placed with and fulfilled by DormMunch Technologies, Inc. (“DormMunch”). We offer food and snacks under the DormMunch brand. Food items are prepared by our partner kitchens and bakeries.

DormMunch is responsible for:

  • Ordering: accepting and managing your orders through our website and mobile application;
  • Payments: processing your payments (including via our payment processor, Stripe);
  • Delivery: arranging delivery of your order to the address you provide; and
  • Customer support: assisting you with questions and issues related to your orders and use of our services.

Our partner kitchens and bakeries prepare the food products you order; DormMunch coordinates fulfillment and delivery.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Payments and Billing

  • Authorized Charges: By placing an order, you authorize DormMunch Technologies, Inc. to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including delivery and service fees.
  • Payment Processing: All transactions are processed via Stripe. We do not store sensitive cardholder data on our own servers.
  • Pricing: Prices for items are displayed in the app and are subject to change based on partner kitchen and bakery availability.

4. Delivery and Fulfillment

We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or partner kitchen or bakery production delays. You must be available at the provided address to receive the delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we partner with reputable kitchens and bakeries, preparation is performed by those partner kitchens and bakeries. DormMunch is responsible for ordering, payments, delivery coordination, and customer support as described in Section 1. We are not responsible for food preparation or any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from products prepared by partners. For ingredient or allergen questions, contact us at support@dormmunch.com and we will help connect you with the appropriate partner when needed.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Boston, Massachusetts.
