All orders are placed with and fulfilled by DormMunch Technologies, Inc. We sell food and snacks under the DormMunch brand. Food items are prepared by our partner kitchens and bakeries. DormMunch handles: Ordering through our website and app, Payments (processed securely at checkout), Delivery to your chosen address, Customer support for your orders and account. Partner kitchens and bakeries prepare the products you order; we coordinate ordering, payment, and delivery.
Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM EST. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
